BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO EACH OF THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY TERM OR CONDITION SET FORTH BELOW, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SOFTWARE FOR ANY PURPOSE.

• You may use Virtual Keyboard only with trial purpose. It means that you may integrate Virtual Keyboard with trial applications and use them only to estimate availability of the Virtual Keyboard for your future projects. You may not use Virtual Keyboard to accomplish your business duties or the duties of third parties.

YOU HAVE LIMITATIONS ON THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:

• You may not create and use any applications utilizing Virtual Keyboard for not-trial purpose.
• You may not disclose the information about the features and test results of Virtual Keyboard.
• You may not distribute Virtual Keyboard and your trial applications. Under distribution we mean giving access to the third parties to the software copied by any company, by network and other ways, or sold, rented or leased.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble Virtual Keyboard.
• You may not make any changes in the object code of the program except those specially provided by the trial software and described in the documentation.
• You may not-and agree not to-modify, reformat, copy, display, distribute, transmit, publish, license, create derivative works from this software.

Smart Link Corporation takes no responsibility for consequential damages, either direct or indirect, including incidental or punitive damages caused by possible errors or misprints in the trial software package.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS TO THE SERVICES OR ANY OTHER PROPERTY EXCEPT AS WE INDICATE IN THESE TERMS.
